RS DIVING CONTRACTOR GmbH was established in 2007 on the basis of the company RS\u00a0Diving GbR (Legal Partnership), which was founded in 2001. The constantly growing\u00a0company, with headquarters on the Island of Borkum and a business office in Neum\u00fcnster,\u00a0currently has more than 70 contracted employees, including divers, ROV pilots, engineers, steelwork masters, client representatives, and mariners and master mariners with\u00a0over twenty years of experience. The company primarily operates in the offshore renewable\u00a0energy industry, mainly for wind farm operators and energy providers. To facilitate these\u00a0operations, a new offshore base was established on the Island of Borkum. This base boasts\u00a0diverse offices, conference rooms, indoor and outdoor storage facilities as well as\u00a0workshops.<\/span><\/p>\n

RS Diving Africa\u00a0carries out substantial project work, from the planning\u00a0phase, through the execution, finalization, and closing phases. Our areas of expertise\u00a0include, but are not limited to technical contract support for various trades offshore, client\u00a0representation onshore as well as offshore, infield cable laying, the issuing of inspection\u00a0plans, and repair and maintenance work. An additional core competence is the organization\u00a0of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management for offshore operating companies in\u00a0accordance with standards and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n

RS DIVING CONTRACTOR GmbH is in the position to execute complex diving work under\u00a0mixed gas conditions from all types of vessels, such as Dynamic Position (DP) vessels,\u00a0Jackup barges, and four-point mooring vessels. The company relies upon field experienced\u00a0personnel, certified equipment and an advanced safety culture.<\/p>\n
